How quickly do you respond to IT issues?
Our response times depend on issue severity. Critical issues (complete outages, security breaches) are responded to within 15 minutes, 24/7/365. High-priority issues see a response within 1 hour, and standard support requests are addressed within 4 business hours. For Business and Enterprise plan clients, 24/7 helpdesk support is included. Our average response time across all ticket types is under 12 minutes — well above industry standards.
Do you provide on-site support, or is everything remote?
We resolve approximately 92% of issues remotely, which means faster resolution times for your team. However, we absolutely provide on-site support when needed — for hardware installations, network upgrades, new office setups, or any issue that requires physical presence. On-site support is included in our Enterprise plan and available as an add-on for Starter and Business clients. We have engineers available across Texas, Colorado, and Arizona, with partner technicians covering all 50 states.
How does the onboarding process work? Will there be any downtime?
Our onboarding is designed to be completely seamless. We begin with a comprehensive IT assessment of your environment, then build a custom transition plan. Our engineers deploy monitoring agents and security tools during off-hours to avoid any disruption. The typical onboarding process takes 2–4 weeks depending on complexity, and we guarantee zero planned downtime during the transition. We've successfully onboarded hundreds of clients without a single business interruption, and our dedicated onboarding team will be with you every step of the way.
Can you help us meet HIPAA, SOC 2, or other compliance requirements?
Absolutely. Compliance is a core competency at Primetech. We have extensive experience helping businesses in healthcare (HIPAA), finance (SOC 2, PCI-DSS), and legal (data privacy) meet and maintain their regulatory requirements. Our compliance services include risk assessments, policy and procedure documentation, technical control implementation, employee training, and audit preparation support. What happens if we're not satisfied with the service?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. All Primetech agreements include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee — if you're not completely happy with our service within the first 30 days, you can cancel with no penalty and receive a full refund. After that, we operate on month-to-month agreements with 30-day notice for cancellation, so you're never locked into a long-term contract you don't want.
